This policy explains what information we collect when you order from atK-BOP, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to make your food and hand it to the right person, and nothing gets sold or used for advertising.
We send order-status text messages only - for example, a text telling you your order is ready for pickup. We send them only to customers who provide a phone number when placing an order online at atkbop.com/order or in person at our restaurant. Message frequency varies and is typically 1-2 messages per order. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (323) 888-0603. If you opt out, we will not be able to text you when your order is ready.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who make ordering work: Stripe for payment processing, our text message delivery provider for order-status texts, our email provider for receipts, and our website host. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Order records are kept as part of normal business bookkeeping. Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to order information is limited to restaurant staff.
